All .vantronix Security Appliances are offered with an included
one-year update service for release updates and security, errata, and
maintenance fixes. The passive update service provides access to our
online customer area with access to the latest data and information.
The active update service notifies you personally about the latest
news like critical system updates.
All 64bit systems are sold with the HP ProLiant Care Pack by
Hewlett-Packard. It includes 3 years 24x7 on-site service with a 4
hours reponse time (24x4x7) or reponse until the next business day
(NBD).
Warranty and support for the .vtFW-EM series and the .vtFW-XL1 module
is provided by .vantronix. Please also see the note about
warranty and support for the .vtFW-XL1.
We offer general support contracts including security
updates and system maintenance or even high-level support with
high availability services, individual source customisations
and guaranteed bug tracking.
